Provider Recruitment Specialist provides assistance with recruitment, registration, and customer service support for an online network of home improvement contractors and service providers. Assists contractors and service provider applicants with membership registration. Reviews and validates service provider application information, provide knowledgeable answers and reliable support for service provider inquiries received via phone and/or email, and track progress through to completion. Provide feedback on the development and implementation of contractor recruiting/replenishment strategies for the business.
•Provide thorough, reliable, and timely assistance via phone and/or email to contractors and service provider applicants to ensure completion of online applications, including completion of relevant skills/certification assessments. •Remain knowledgeable of all aspects of the provider network business and field questions from service providers. Meet specific service provider recruiting goals to build the service provider network. •Receive and process service provider inquiries and correspondent via telephone, email, fax and mail. •Use documents and data in systems to review individual application progress, monitor applications for critical qualifications, credentials, and certifications, and contact applicants to advise them on requirements, status, and procedures, as applicable. •Use effective customer service skills when interacting with contractors and service providers, encouraging completion of application steps, tracking and managing registration through to its completion, and communicating the value of ServiceLive. •Review customer requests and progress toward service provider coverage in specific geographic areas and for specific product types. Identify service provider gaps and provide feedback to business leaders on vendor replenishment strategies. •Proactively contact prospective service providers via outbound phone calls and/or email and communicate the benefits of joining the network. Utilize the Internet and other sources to locate new service providers to build geographic coverage and/or product expertise when necessary. •Adhere to business processes and guidelines for service provider recruitment. •Perform other duties as assigned.
