We currently have the following opportunity available: Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure store presentation is consistent with company standards.
  • Drive sales, and maintain total store awareness.
  • Provide individualized development for Assistant Store Managers for operational and managerial skills.
  • Provide Human Resource management, including staffing plans and performance evaluations.
  • Manage expense control and payroll.
  • Execute floor, backroom, frontline, layaway, and cash office activities as needed.
  • Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities.
  • Qualifications:
  • Three to five years' retail management experience.
  • Volume responsibility of $4 million and above.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and follow through skills.
