Job Description

Oversee creative development and timelines for advertising and /or sales materials production for assigned client teams or as assigned by advertising management team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce creative timelines and production schedules for assigned interactive projects to ensure that deadlines are met and that requestors, management and stakeholders, expectations are appropriately managed. Translate client requirements into agency requirements; create clear documentation.
  • Provide clear direction of messaging objectives to designers and copywriters through effective written and oral communication.
  • Create, review and /or finalize project briefs and job starts in a timely manner and verify they meet current branding and marketing strategies.
  • Secure approvals from senior management, legal, licensed partners, internal stakeholders and 3rd party partners when necessary on web, mobile, and social campaigns.
  • Present creative strategies, concepts and final creative to managers, internal clients and external partners. Demonstrate industry best practices when making recommendations to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with advertising account team, internal clients and other departments to maximize efficiencies for creative development and production where applicable. Stay current with interactive trends, and apply them proactively to meet client needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Qualifications:

    Job Requirements:

      EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in (discipline) Advertising, Marketing, Communications or Liberal Arts.

      EXPERIENCE: 4-6 Years: agency or advertising experience; familiarity with interactive medium and pace, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
