Job Description
General Summary: This position generates sales through customer and employee engagement and coaches consultants to deliver highest levels of customer service and drive sales. Works as a member of the store management team to lead a positive customer and employee culture and assists in driving operational activities that generate sales. Job Responsibilities: • Accountable for achieving monthly shop sales and KPI goals • Sets and prioritizes daily shop business goals and leads the team to achieve them • Acts as a role model by generating sales through the use of approved consultative selling practices to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions • Communicates the day-to-day financial and operational goals and requirements to the s • Executes and directs the team on all floor resets and markdown and/or promotional activities • Monitors floor coverage and zoning; takes action in response to business trends • Supports the payroll management and scheduling of the shop • Promotes, administers and acts as a resource to store personnel for all company policies, procedures and programs • Trains, coaches and directs associates on service and selling standards; partners with the store leaders to create goals and individual development plans that support performance needs and career growth • Supports and actively participates in the recruitment, interview and selection process of all Lands’ End sales consultants • Handles complex customer situations; resolves issues as appropriate • Facilitates efficient replenishment flow and representation of merchandise • Performs other Lands’ End relevant duties and projects as assigned by the Store Manager and Lands’ End District Manager • Ability to use social networking opportunities to foster customer engagement

Qualifications: • Demonstrated ability in sales generation, training and leading teams • Excellent selling skills • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to delegate and prioritize tasks and responsibilities • Demonstrated ability to coach, provide feedback and manage substandard performance • Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate • Previous leadership experience in a specialty retail setting strongly preferred • Availability and flexibility to work varied hours to support the needs of the business • Strong computer skills; familiarity and ability to use social networking sites for customer engagement activities as directed
