Large international staffing serviced that is based in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a top level sales person that has experience within the Accounting & Finance profession. This role will focus on new business development, and professional candidate recruitment. All individuals applying should have sales and Accounting & Finance experience. The company is well established and offers salary/commission/full benefits based compensation plans.
As an Executive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling on clients to identify/qualify target client sales opportunities, develop and manage client sales opportunities, develop and manage client relationships, prepare/present proposals that solve client issues, and participate in engagement staffing decisions. Your long-term success will be contingent upon your ability to develop relationships post-sale as the key point of contact for a team charged with delivering high level client service and added value.
Requirements
- Four year degree - Accounting & Finance degree preferred but not required
- Proven track record of developing relationships, setting and achieving sales goals, developing their own work plan, and meeting objectives of the work plan
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with customer service focus; ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience preparing sales proposals; knowledge of sales contacts preferred
- Creative problem-solving and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to build/maintain long-term client relationships and organically grow accounts
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, manage complex work load and handle pressure
- Working proficiency with MS Office suite; knowledge of Salesforce a plus
