Growing division of a $1.2 billion dollar publically traded global professional services company seeks an Executive Sales Representative with the right mix of techincal knowledge, sales aptitude and entrepreneurial spirit to join our Accounting & Finance Division.
As an Executive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling on clients to identify/qualify target client sales opportunities, develop and manage client relationships, prepare/present proposals that solve client issues, and participate in engagement staffing decisions. Your long-term success will be contingent upon your ability to develop relationships post-sale as the key point of contact for a team charged with delivering high level client service and added value.
Requirements:
- Four year degree - Accounting & Finance degree preferred but not required
- Proven track record of developing relationships, setting and achieving sales goals, developing their own work plan, and meeting objectivees of the work plan
- Stong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with customer service focus; ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience preparing sales proposal; knowledge of sales contracts preferred
- Creative problem-solving and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to build/maintain long-term client relationships and organically grow accounts
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, manage complex work load and handle pressure
- Working proficience with MS Office suite; knowledge of Salesforce a plus
