We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and able to work in a fast paced environment for our Workers Compensation Claim Professional Trainee program.

Position Components
The Claim Professional Trainee position is designed to introduce you to the insurance profession, while providing you the opportunity to advance into a fully designated Claim Professional role. Responsibilities include effective and consistent partnership with the employer, injured worker, and medical provider; administration of benefits, litigation management, and claim resolution.

The trainee program will prepare you to investigate claims, determine compensability, and assert our customers legal rights to pay or deny the claim. You will also learn to manage accepted lost time claims through timely contacts with appropriate parties, pursuit of claim resolution strategies, identifying relevant claim issues, and establishing appropriate reserves. You will receive regular performance feedback and on going training.

- College degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
- Strong PC skills including proficient use of Word, Excel, e-mail, and web-enabled applications required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skill and ability to prioritize assignments.
- Must be highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong analytic and creative problem solving skills.
