Job Description
Due to recruitment centralization and internal expansion - we're seeking experienced recruiters to support staffing for Appliance Repair Technicians.

Position Summary:

The incumbent will provide field and district office recruitment support to dedicated markets within the United States.

Particularly, this position will be responsible for strategically sourcing candidates for Home Appliance Repair Technicians who are responsible for providing prompt and courteous service repair for residential customers for a variety of appliances - including but not limited to: Laundry: Washers & Dryers; Kitchen: Stoves/Ovens, Microwaves, Refrigerators & Dishwashers; Lawn & Garden: Lawn Mowers; HVAC: Refrigeration & HVAC.

The selected candidate will be responsible for utilizing both traditional and non-traditional sources to identify potential candidates. Possible sources include: (resume mining in internet search engines and use of boolean searches; headhunting; free internet posting locations; social networking sites; local colleges/universities, etc.)

This position will involve heavy phone work which includes: phone screening candidates, communicating with hiring managers daily and networking with recruitment sources. Approximately 90% of this position will involve being on the phone and this position will not be responsible conducting face to face interviews with candidates - rather the Recruiter will work with district management to arrange face to face interviews for hiring managers to meet with top candidates personally. This position is located & based in Longwood, FL.

Proactive recruitment will be a main function of this position (i.e. finding candidates to fill the position, rather than waiting for candidates to respond to an ad about the position)

This is a fast paced, high volume recruitment position, where budgeted headcount metrics being met will be required as a performance measure.

Bachelor's degree or 2 year degree + 4+ years of relevant work experience.
Minimum of 4+ years of related recruitment experience. High volume recruitment experience required. Prior experience with fast paced recruiting such as (banking, call center, retail, sales, etc) and niche recruiting is preferred.
Must be detail oriented, well organized, and have excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally.
Ability to manage time effectively and complete a high volume of phone screens daily.
Ability to work well with a team towards a common goal.
Able to work under pressure and meet required staffing metrics.
Strong computer skills and prior experience with an applicant tracking system and resume mining Seeking candidate who has prior experience working with all levels of employee
Prior experience with meeting hiring related metrics/targets/quotas are a performance requirement of the position.
Able to work flexible hours which may include afternoons & more than 40 hours per week
Self motivated and is able to work independently in a metrics/deadline driven environment. Manages own performance by keeping commitments & deadlines
Open to change and the ability to implement change quickly & effectively
