Job Description
The manager is responsible for developing and communicating Loss Prevention-related policies and procedures. Additionally, this position has direct responsibility for developing, implementing, and managing the Loss Prevention awareness program across all business formats. This person also manages special programs/projects as assigned. The LP Manager-Training/Awareness will work with the Corporate LP team, Store Operations, HR/Training, and all other corporate teams to develop Loss Prevention training programs, develop and communicate policies/procedures, and manage the awareness program.
Develop and maintain all training programs related to Loss Prevention policy/procedure, shortage control, and safety.
• Work with the training department to identify opportunities with current training program and develop appropriate solutions.
• Manage external Interview & Interrogation training program for Loss Prevention field organization.
• Manage the communication of LP-related items to the field organization and coordinate communications regarding shrink/safety topics with Store Operations.
• Develop awareness topics for all SHC business formats and manage the implementation of the awareness program across these formats.
• Develop and manage recognition programs for the Loss Prevention department.
