The Designer of Integrated Retail and Member Experience will be responsible for designing simple, elegant and seamless experiences that connect all customer touch points – email, online, in-store and mobile. The candidate will foster a culture of innovation and creativity by bringing a new way of thinking & designing principles.

In this role, the candidate will need to interpret the objectives of each project and efficiently develop design executions, which communicate customer-focused messages to drive communication and sales. Additionally, this person needs to continually increase the creative benchmark, setting new standards to elevate the customer experience.

Key Deliverables/Measurement of Success:
• Customer Feedback and scorecard for all Integrated Retail initiatives
• Performance of Member experiences and emails (open rate, click thru rate, conversion rate, revenue)
• Candidate will be given a mid-year review and a final review. 360 feedback will be obtained for each review.

- You can connect the dots and create an end to end product roadmap of desired customer experience
- You have multi-channel experience. You can build products that map the customer experience across all touch points (online, mobile, email, social media, in-store) in such a way that it provides a seamless customer experience
- You are a visual thinker and can articulate visually what customer experience we want to design
- You have an appreciation for analytics and measurement, which would enable you to continuously learn and improve.
- You enjoy staying on top of latest technology trends and innovations in online, social and mobile arena
- You have strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
- You can work in a fast paced environment - conceptualize, design, develop rapidly, test, measure, learn and iterate
- Two to four years experience in design
- Advanced experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Understanding of HTML/CSS, with direct experience optimizing design around these technologies
