Job Description
Sears Home Services is recruiting for a talented professional with both team manager and HR experience. The successful candidate will have recruiting, hiring, training, coaching & management, experience. Marketing and/or sales experience preferred but not required. This position involves up to 75% recruiting and training associates within territory of 5-14 retail stores.

This individual will be responsible for developing multiple sourcing channels to attract candidates to recruit, screen, interview and hire candidates. In addition, the successful candidate will complete all pre-employment and new hire paperwork with each new hire and other HR paperwork as required (performance reviews, performance plans, separation notices, ad tracking, etc…). Other HR duties include planning and coordinating recruiting events and representing Sears Home Improvement Products at job fairs, tradeshows, home shows, etc…


Who do you recruit?

This position recruits In-store Marketers who work in the Sears Full-line stores to meet and greet the Sears customer and introduce them to Sears Home Improvement Products. The greeters schedule no cost, no obligation estimates with the Sears customer for SHIP's products which include: heating and cooling (HVAC) products, premium vinyl siding, custom manufactured windows, custom home entry door systems, kitchen cabinet refacing, custom kitchen remodeling and custom kitchen countertop installation.

The successful candidate will create and develop relationships with Sears Retail Store Coaches, HR Managers and others involved to assist our Company with generating qualified leads for Sales to convert to closed business. Products include home improvement products with Sears Life Time Warranty guarantees. You will report to the district Assistant Manager and be responsible for building the marketing territory with 5-14 Sears' retail stores located in: Denver area ( (2)Denver, Lakewood, (2)Colorado Springs, (2)Littleton, Aurora, Ft. Collins, Cheyenne, WY)
Qualifications:
•Proven experience with high-volume recruiting
• Ability to hire, train, and coach
• Managing remote teams in multiple locations is a huge plus
• Retail, Sales and/or Marketing experience is preferred but not required
• Strong competitive desire to win and be part of a winning team
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer interface skills
• Willingness to travel between stores by car
• Capable of professional growth and taking on additional responsibility as the company succeeds in their mission and goals.
• This position will require work out of a home office- Computer and internet is required.
• Local ground travel on a regular basis. Reliable transportation is required.

We offer training and a compensation package that includes, base, bonus, gas mileage reimbursement, expense budget, medical benefits on your first day (salaried only) and career development opportunities.

This position is an entry level management position with opportunities to advance with Sears. If you are looking long term, please respond for immediate consideration. This position has a base salary of $28,000 plus bonus. The average national bonus for this position over the past 6 months was $8,500. For the first four months there is a bonus guarantee of $600 per month. You will receive the greater of your earned bonus or $600 per month.
