This position pays an hourly rate, an incentive assurance for the first 60 days of employment and offers a competitive commission!

The Appointment Sales Coordinator is responsible for generating sales by setting appointments for existing Sears customers who have expressed an interest in a free in- home remodel estimate. Will demonstrate customer-focused selling, communications and handling objection skills and will take full ownership of the call, converting inquiries into sales, and then recommending related add-ons to increase profitable revenue.

Will I be cold calling?

Great news, there is NO COLD CALLING involved. All leads are warm, meaning the customer has already expressed an interest in our products and services. You will be using a consultative selling approach to influence others and overcome objections.
What hours will I be working?

For our next upcoming class which starts on March 1st, 2013 we have full time evening schedules available and require at least one weekend day.

New Hire Orientation: Prior to training you must attend a mandatory 3 hour orientation. During orientation you will learn more about the company and our policies.

New Hire Training: You will be required to attend a 4-5 weeks paid, self-directed and facilitated training that includes
computer based modules, instructor led classroom learning and live calls.

What are the qualifications?

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Customer Service/Sales Background Preferred
Basic Computer Skills
