Job Description
Drives data collection, analysis and reporting of Procurement key performance indicators. Develops management reports and summarizes areas of opportunity. Partners internally to understand reporting needs and implement enhanced requirements. Completes external research and data analysis needed to meet the knowledge requirements of operations and category teams. Assists with the design and implementation of E procurement initiatives. • Drive data collection required for KPI development and organizational performance measurement. • Partner with internal stakeholders to understanding their reporting needs and implement enhanced reporting requirements. • Prepare analysis and report monthly Procurement operational reports and performance (including spend analysis). • Develop management reports, and summarize and report key areas of opportunity and risks through analysis of performance results. • Manage and support the design, development, and execution of E-Sourcing solutions. • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of e-Procurement systems providing support to users and maintaining system configurations. • Support procurement employees on E-procurement solutions. • Provide training and be the center of expertise for all Procurement reporting and Procurement systems. • Research marketplace data, trends, and best practices for operations and category teams • Identify, track, analyze, and share relevant industry and procurement benchmarks with category teams and operations • Support supplier evaluation process, metrics and tools (scorecarding) • Identify, recommend and implement relevant industry and procurement process best- practices. • Perform ad-hoc projects and analyses as necessary. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement or business related disciplines required. Self- motivated with excellent verbal and written communications skills. Detail oriented person with strong analytical and problem solving skills. • B.S. in Supply Chain Management , Business, Accounting, Finance or related field is required. • Strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint). • Strong project management skills. • Ability to effectively communicate financial results and issues. • 2-5 years of experience with SAP preferred • Working knowledge of procurement systems and practices a plus.
