Job Description
CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS
- Complete required training in the expected timeframe and participate in ongoing learning opportunities.
- Partner with other associates to provide superior customer service (e.g., locate merchandise, assist customers, answer phones, ring register).
- Adhere to merchandise protection standards.
- Utilize warehouse management system to replenish backroom.
- Keep warehouse locations clean including clearing stock from the floor and clearing garbage/debris.
- Pull merchandise for Merchandise Return Notifications (MRNs).
- Demonstrate flexibility to work a varied schedule as required by Store needs.
- Utilizes material handling equipment when necessary.

Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- At least one (1) year experience in retail or sales/customer service position preferred.
- Basic internet navigation and computer skill required.
- Ability to form strong partnerships and communicate well with store team members.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to stand, walk, twist, turn, bend, squat and kneel regularly.
