Job Description
Under general supervision, maintains personal contact with key customers, assures customer satisfaction with products and services, and builds relationships with key physicians in the assigned territory (Corpus Christi, TX). May assist in the training and development of newly hired sales representatives.Responsible for communicating market place changes and information to management. - Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures and state, federal, and local laws. - Develops business plan for assigned territory that is consistent with the Company's sales plans, strategies, and objectives. - Maintains effective budgetary control of sales expenses. - Conducts periodic sales analysis of industry trends and practices. - Maximizes sales and contribution goals. - Maintains personal contact with key customers; provides a high level of service. - Prepares a variety of sales reports, as required. - Implements Company pricing strategies and promotional programs for key customers to maximize sales and profitability. - Conducts quality sales presentations to all targeted customers. - Delivers sales messages and implements marketing programs effectively. - Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations. - Completes administrative responsibilities, as required, on time and with minimal errors. - Performs related duties as assigned.
