Job Description
Job Purpose:
The District Operations Manager supports the District Delivery Manager (DDM) in driving district performance. Leads and coordinates support for Home Services initiatives that drive EBITDA and customer excellence. The District Operations Manager drives program initiatives including compliance, ISO, safety and process adherence and improvement. The District Operations Manager is accountable for financial and operational analysis and reporting at the district level.

Job Responsibilities:
• ISO District representative to ensure adherence to QMS and “Quality Promise”
• Ensures facilities are in compliance with processes and procedures, including SHC, local, state and federal
• KPI/Metric analysis that identifies opportunities to maximize EBITDA at the unit / district level
• Ensures all process changes are implemented per ISO standards
• Drives operational excellence through facility audits and inventory management
• Identifies best practices and recommends continuous improvement opportunities to the District Delivery Manager for review
• Ensures compliance of safety initiatives throughout the district
• Provides support and execution of various projects within the district
• Responsible for financial and operational analysis, reporting and annual planning at the district level
Specific Essential Functions:

• Possesses a thorough knowledge of the ISO 9001 family of international standards with the goal of identifying areas of opportunity for continuous improvement

• Ability to handle tasks in a fast paced, multi-unit environment

Experience/Education/Certification Requirements:
• Bachelors Level Degree
• Knowledge of P&L drivers and ability to understand the impact of desicions on the P&L
• 3 to 5 years experience as a manager of processes and/or people; ISO, safety and/or regulatory knowledge
strongly preferred
• Multi-unit management background a plus
