This position is responsible for selling the company's products or services in a unified solutions oriented approach and maintaining relationships with typically one to three existing national named accounts. Primary point-of-contact sales manager for account regardless of account's geographic location. Manages sales activities for assigned national named accounts, rather than an assigned territory. Provides professional leadership and coordination for broader product account team pertaining to a single, key national account. Manages relationship with industry partners to envelope product offerings into the strategic account plans. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Responsibilities include creation of the multi-year strategic and tactical account plans that enhance CoreLogic revenue opportunities and deepen the relationship within the portfolio of the identified Tier 2 accounts. The tactical plan outlines the revenue growth potential, pricing and profitability considerations, short and long term tactics, milestones and accountability for action necessary to gain adoption of solutions within the customer organization. Implement ongoing routines with internal product, implementation, service, legal and external stakeholders to create a proactive approach to meeting the account in all areas of the client lifecycle. Adopt and maintain a 'one company' view by introducing and advocating cross unit products and services into a total solutions mix. Remain updated on the array of products available within a line of offerings comprising the customer's business. Proactively research and analyze the industry and market conditions to fully identify the client needs and demonstrate the CoreLogic value proposition. Partners with the client and is seen as a business partner who aids in the growth, profitability or efficiency of their organization. Build, maintain and deepen relationships at appropriate levels in the client organization including at the CXO level.Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; master's degree a plus Experience Minimum of five years of experienced consultative selling to sizable revenue generating accounts required; seven to ten years experience preferred Knowledge/Skills Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills Strong oral and written communication skills Strong financial acumen (ability to understand financials, industry trends and how it impacts the client) Relationship building skills at all levels of the organization Organizational savvy CoreLogic offers an empowered work environment that encourages creativity, initiative and professional growth and provides a competitive salary and benefits package.
