Job Description
The Assist Team Representative will take more complex call issues from the front line associates. These associates will assist team members on policy and procedure clarifications, handle overflow calls during peak hours, and collect information that will help to identify common training needs and problems.
- Work Schedules:
900 am - 1700pm- Monday-Friday (37.5hrs)
800 am- 1600 pm-Monday-Thurs and Saturday (37.5hrs)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles escalated 3rd-Party customer telephone inquiries in compliance with established policy and procedures.
- At point of call, responds to customer inquiry on more complex level.
- Assists in resolving associate and customer inquiries during his/her first handling of call.
- Works toward individual and team performance goals as defined by management.
- Performs all activities in a manner that will promote and preserve customer goodwill.
- Answers associate questions regarding policy and procedures.
- Mentors with associates as needed. Assists with special projects as assigned by management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 6+ months customer service experience required, 3rd Party experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to present information to and communicate clearly with customers and associates.
- Ability to use proper and professional business language.
- Proficient with call center technology (PC, telephony.)
- Ability to learn detailed information and adapt quickly to changes.

GENERAL WORK REQUIREMENTS: Frequent sitting, some standing and walking, bending and reaching as necessary. Frequent use of fingers/hands to manipulate computer and telephone equipment. Communicates with customers and co-workers and wears telephone headset continuously.
