Job Description
• Prepares correspondence, forms, reports, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets using word processing or other computer software packages. Proofreads work for typographical errors and supplies correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar as needed.
• Communicates with individuals within the distribution center and other management and staff at headquarters to answer questions, provide information, and deliver messages via Microsoft Exchange, the telephone, or in person on behalf of the General Manager or Business Unit DVP. Forward as appropriate, prioritize, and organize correspondence in a manner to ensure follow-up and deadlines are met.
• Compose correspondence to respond to requests, explain information, or provide factual data for internal and external customers.
• Completes special projects requiring moderately complex research and analysis, and performs other administrative duties on behalf of managers.
• Schedule meetings and attend as requested to take notes. Collect information and prepare agendas for monthly and weekly update meetings with management and associates.
• Make travel arrangements for managerial staff. Understand expense reimbursement policies and procedures to complete or aid in the completion of expense forms.
• Assists Financial Administrator as needed in the administration of distribution center needs. Assists Human Resources in planning and arranging training and associate relation activities.
• Performs general clerical tasks such as filing, duplicating, faxing, keying, sorting, coding, proofreading, transcribing data, assembling mailings, or verifying calculations to support departmental operations. Orders supplies as needed to ensure staff has necessary materials to handle daily business matters.
•Bachelors Degree Preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.

•Three (3) to five (5) years secretarial experience.
•Experience in an executive level management environment preferred.
