SUMMARY:
* Identify/gather/manage relevant account information to quote and bind policies
* Provide account support as outlined in position specific requirements
* Provide subject matter expertise for a variety of policy processing and underwriting opportunities
* Accurately issue quotes, policies, endorsements, cancellations, non-renewals, and policy specimens for minimum lines of business as outlined in job specific requirements

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Identify / gather relevant account information to quote and / or bind the policy; create exhibits, etc.
* Ensure accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts.
* Accurately issue LOB specific quotes, policies, endorsements, cancellations, non-renewals and policy specimens for 1 ¿ 2 LOB
* Acquire information for regulatory compliance:i.e., proof of insurance, certificates.
* Respond to inquiries and questions from Producers / agencies, Insureds / customers and internal departments.
* Participate in projects / assignments as needed to support 1 ¿ 2 LOB.
* Communicate directly to risk managers, Producers or Insureds to obtain missing information or initiate a transaction:i.e. issue Auto ID cards, posting notices, Automobile filings, workers¿ compensation filings, and process Department of Motor Vehicle reporting data.
* Code and key non-Automated transactions into financial / statistical system (1 ¿ 2 Systems / LOB)
* Communicate with various State authorities and regulators to resolve Workers¿ Compensation criticisms and DMV suspensions.
* (1-2 LOB ProcessingTools) May be used as a technical resource by less experienced staff.

EDUCATION/COURSE OF STUDY:
* Professional experience and/or college degree
* Experience of 1-3 years for non-exempt roles and 5-7 years for exempt level roles
* Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers
* Strong keyboard/input/typing skills

WORK EXPERIENCE:
* 1 or more years
* College Degree and/or professional experience
