Job Description

Essential Functions/Responsibilities Responsible for first level technical support for multiple customers and implementing change services. Position is 70% technical and 30% project/customer management. Support responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues for MarketLinx product suite and underlying databases; call tracking, analyzing and implementing system change requests and enhancements; developing change specifications and service quotations and customer communication. Implementation responsibilities include analyzing and defining business and functional requirements; assessing requirements against technology; identifying business rules, data elements and data definitions to support system; configuring software to implement customer requirements; analyzing data and performing targeted corrective data manipulation; performing report customization and developing configuration design specifications. Responsible for leading small to moderate-scale implementation projects; exercising project control and status reporting techniques; formulating and defining project scope; developing and executing technical implementation process and managing customer expectations and relationships. Some travel required.Education Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related discipline preferred Experience Five years experience in product implementation or support, including some information technology leadership experience Knowledge/Skills Excellent interpersonal, analytical, business and technical judgment, negotiation and problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent technical skills required including demonstrated expertise with RDBMS (MS SQL Server preferred) Demonstrated knowledge of SQL query language, data manipulation and data load concepts Experience with web based applications preferred Technical project management skills; this position requires leadership, planning and organization skills and flexibility Ability to immediately adapt to changing requirements and conditions Experience in a matrix team environment desired CoreLogic offers an empowered work environment that encourages creativity, initiative and professional growth and provides a competitive salary and benefits package.
