. - Carries out managerial/supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws. - Develops training programs and materials, through identification of training opportunities, and proper execution by our telephone sales team. Provides feedback to management for review and execution. - Develops and implements monitoring guidelines to ensure professionalism, use of tools, system enhancements. Performs required testing and rolls-out. - Gathers information from management and sales representatives to determine necessary techniques; prepares, edits and coordinates the production of training materials; develops specialized training materials and sessions. - Researches, analyzes and evaluates new training materials, delivery methods and owns attendance tracking and scheduling for all sales representatives. - Contact for outside vendors to schedule "in-service" sales and product presentations; departmental employees. Conducts performance evaluations for direct reports and provides subordinate managers coaching and assistance in the areas of disciplinary action. - Oversees, participates in and approves the interviewing, hiring and training of and continuing education. - Serves as lead facilitator for sales reps/manager classroom training; including new-hire feedback and system monitoring. - Facilitates various management meetings regarding training needs, managementKnowledge of: * Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), * Business English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation. * Business and personal computer hardware and software applications. * Communicate and present training programs and related materials Instructional design, training methods, testing, software and technology * Methods and techniques to facilitate organizational change.
