The Merchandising and Design Recruiter will manage the recruitment experience from initial candidate contact to onboarding. The candidate should be well versed in a variety of sourcing channels including cold calling, behavioral interviewing, and general HR best practices. The individual will be counted on to identify and recruit top level talent while effectively communicating the Lands’ End story to the marketplace.
•Reports to Director – Talent Acquisition
•Partners with Merchandising, Design, and HR leadership

•Manages full life-cycle recruitment for Merchandising and Design positions
•In partnership with leadership and employee relations directors, draft and develop job descriptions
•Design and initiate productive sourcing strategies
•Evaluate, through a variety of interviewing mediums and techniques, potential candidates
•Manage the candidate interview experience from beginning to end
•Develop and communicate offers to candidates

•Bachelor’s degree
•3-5 years of overall business experience with some direct merchandising, design and/or creative retail recruiting experience. Agency and corporate experience preferred
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
