The Account Executive is an exciting opportunity to promote and sell our products and services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals and objectives. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Perform solution based selling calling on C-level executives Develop and execute an effective business plan targeting new business through research and prospecting. Negotiate, develop and execute client contracts. Work autonomously to build and develop a sales pipeline. Effectively partner with clients and internal team through the implementation process of products and solutions. Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences and seminars. Promote product awareness, enhance sales skills and identify competitive products, potential customers and product enhancement. Provide relevant information to management. Work in a collaborative manner within sales organization, completing own assignments accurately and within established time frames and achieving departmental goals and objectives.Education Bachelor's degree preferred Experience Minimum five years sales experience in a related industry with a successful sales record with solution based selling Experience with the commercial real estate industry Experience in data licensing Knowledge/Skills Excellent sales techniques with ability to appropriately approach customers, make product presentations and effectively close sales Ability to self-generate leads and effectively build a book of business Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with potential and existing customers Effective communicator in both written and oral form with all levels of internal and external contacts Negotiate favorable results and win-win solutions Make effective presentations to individual and group audiences; describe and review the product in a clear and concise manner Work independently and in a team environment to achieve personal and team goals Technologically competent with ability to learn and demonstrate product features Experience working with C-level executives CoreLogic offers an empowered work environment that encourages creativity, initiative and professional growth and provides a competitive salary and benefits package.
