We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in water and wastewater projects responsible for managing design teams for large complex civil works projects in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be the primary contact for clients, responsible for engineering design of projects, directing mutil-disipline engineering design groups, maintaining and keeping design projects on time and on budget. Other responsibilities will include reparing responses to Request for Qualifications and Proposals to perform civil works designs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 15 + years of experience with a strong background in design of water and wastewater treatment plants and facilities.
- Louisiana PE license required.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, maintain professional candor at all times, including professional negotiation skills.
- Must be able to complete the work under budget with thorough job cost analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Project.
- Successfully manage multiple projects and delegating assignments.
- 15 + years of experience with a strong background in design of water and wastewater treatment plants and facilities.
- Louisiana PE license required.
